AllTru Credit Union – 3240 N. Hwy 67
Slated for completion in early 2025, AllTru Credit Union is under construction between Walmart and Discount Tire. This addition will provide a new financial services hub for the community.

Koch Park Manors Subdivision
A beautiful new neighborhood is taking shape in Florissant. The entrance is now complete, featuring a landscaped monument sign honoring three Florissant police officers who lost their lives in the line of duty. The streets in the new subdivision are named in honor of these officers: Heroes Way, Noser Drive, Fernau Court, and Reiff Drive. With 24 homes currently under construction, future residents can choose from seven home models, priced between $320,000 and $420,000. A pedestrian and bike trail connecting to the JFK Center is also in progress.
