St. Louis Lambert International Airport

Approximately 10 minutes from Florissant, St. Louis Lambert International Airport is served by 10 commercial airlines: Air Canada, Air Choice One, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Cape Air, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, Spirit and United. With an average of 250+ daily departures, airlines provide nonstop service to 65+ airports and 61+ U.S. cities, including major airports in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston and Washington, D.C.

Spirit of St. Louis Airport

The Spirit of St. Louis Airport is a public airport just 30 minutes away directly off I-64 with 24-hour port-of entry, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol on the field. The airport provides first-class flight services, hangar storage and a full range of aviation support including routine and heavy maintenance services and avionics repair and installation. The airport’s two runways offer precision approaches: a 7,485- x 150-foot all-weather runway and a 5,000- x 75-foot parallel runway.

Two Major Interstates, I-270 and I-170

Florissant’s direct location on two major interstates offers easy interstate access as well as quick access to nearby I-64, I-70 and all of metro St. Louis.

Slated to be completed in 2023, I-270 is undergoing a $278 million dollar renovation which is one of the largest project in MODOT’s history. This will be a great entry way into Florissant.

Sizable Multi-Lane State Highways

Florissant’s multi-lane state highways are also important to our local economy and integral to Missouri’s state highway system, which is the 7th-largest such system in the nation. This includes Highway 67 (Lindbergh Blvd.) which is one of the largest retail corridors in the region.
